Feeding Device:
The whole machine is made of SUS304, clean and hygienic. GMP standard.
Magnet Vibrating Plate:
Eight channels feeding tank, equipped with flow baffle and vibrator. Vibrating feeding and flow baffle is to ensure the stability of feeding speed.
Counting Electric Eye:
Special electric eye protection device to ensure accurate counting.
Conveyor:
Put empty bottles on the left side, the belt will convey the bottles to stopper solenoid valve. After counting, the bottles will be moved to the output.
Stopper Solenoid Valve:
The device is to detect whether the bottle is on the right position, so that the counted material can get into the bottle accurately.
Detecting Electric Eye:
